How do you get rid of this message: “Your computer is infected! Windows has detected a spyware infection?

That message pops up all the time thru a white cross on a red circle on the bottom toolbar. How can I get rid of that?

if you have a spyware/Adware Removal tool update it and scan your PC, and remove any spyware it finds.
