How to delete XP antispyware 2009?

I have no idea how I got it and everytime I go on a site that could potentially remove it (anti spyware sites) it completley blocks it and I can’t go on.
Everytime I click on a link, it automatically opens up a new window to a different site than that of the link I clicked on!!
HELP!
