Help I can’t get rid of “Winferno Registry Power Cleaner”?

Registry Power Cleaner and PC Confidential produced by Winferno which is obviously some anti-spyware that I have mistakenly installed on my computer are driving me nuts. I tried installing them but in Add Remove Programs when I click uninstall is say they are not installed!!!! When I go to Program Files and I try to delete thefolderr Winferno itwouldn’tt let me – it says it is write protected!! Can you please help me to uninstall them!

Try this …excellent program which is free….when d/loading
uncheck everything they offer with it like clam a/virus and
web security guard….you just want the antispyware.
