malware,spyware,virus problem?

ive used ad-aware and nortins…but both dont work…im about to use spybot S&D…do you have any idea what kind this is and how to get rid of it?
use the spybot search e destroy atispyware end avast antivirus.
my pc was full of virus and the tips of the blog helped me a lot.
