How do i fix windows updates and return my pc to normal working condition?

Ahhhh! Ok I used windows live care to get rid of the spyware and it did now i am having problems with windows live updates and because of that I can’t put my windows messenger back on my pc because it tells me that there is and error with udates. So I go to the microsft web page and it says that there is and error loading the updates page! Going nuts please help!

put the yahoo messenger on your pc. And then if u had friends on your messenger add them that way
