Removing Spyware protection 2009 alert?

i have a windows XP, and i need to remove this software that is causing harm to my computer. I have tried downloading malaware removal program and when i try to run them, this software that i’m trying to remove will not let me. i’d like to know how to remove it manually… i’m not computer savvy so please give explain to me how id remove it as if i was a 5 year old. thank youuu

if the spyware will not let you even get into the page you can keep trying by clicking on it a few times then a few more. If that does not work, try booting into safe mode with networking by pressing f8 at startup then download and run it. if that doest work try down loading the program from the link i gave you on another compurter instead of running it save it then you can rename the file and save it to a disk. by renaming it the malware won’t recocnize it as a threat then run it. I myself have had success with malwarebytes. its a download from cnet
