I could only scan with spyware terminator, but the only good thing I’ve gotten so far is that i got my background picture of my desktop back! what can i do to delete this stupid virus thing?

i cant install any programs or anything. and my brother messed it up yesterday,

the latest thing spyware terminator scanned is this

i can now use firefox for i dont know how long
