How can I get rid of Windows Police Pro and Personal Guard?

I’ve tried downloading files like the spyware doctor or registry mechanic setup but Windows Prolice Pro won’t let me open it. I’ve tried removing it manually but it won’t let me open that either. I don’t have another computer to download the three files on and move to mine… is that the only other way?? Please help.

these infections blocks security tools and your internet but there’s a workaround for this. you can download some antispyware tool on another computer and then copy it on usb drive and then copy the install to your pc. or you can print the manual removal guidelines and then follow them to delete the malware.
