How can I get rid of spyware that highjacked my browser?

Something has taken over my Yahoo Messenger in my status settings, sent it to everyyone on my list, and highjacked my browser and homepage and blocking me from changing my firewall settings (QuaTangTraiTim http:// quatangtraitim .us. tf) I have installed Windows Live Onecare, but the virus scan and the spyware scan don’t find it. It says all is well. I have also searched for this problem on the web and no one else seems to have it unless I have it under another name. What can I do?
