Adware virus problem!!!!?

I ‘accidently’ clicked on a link on windows live messenger that my friend sent me which said – ‘Is this you? – a link to a facebook page (which I clicked on) ‘. I now have adware on my computer! It is named ‘nvsvnc.exe’ and it sends that same message to evryone on my contact list! I can control it though, when i sign to my user account (I have Windows XP Home Edition) it comes up with a security warning box asking me if i want to run the ‘nvsvnc.exe’ file. I always click on cancel. It says it is located in C:WINDOWS. So I search for it in there but it is hidden. So I go on the ‘My Computer Campanion search’ thing and it found it. I clicked delete and it deleted it to the recycle bin. I then went to the recycle bin and deleted it. Yet it still comes up with the same security warning box every time i sign in to my user account and it always the same file – ‘nvsvnc.exe’. Can anyone tell me how to delete it?

After Finish Remove nvsvnc.exe Restart You Computer To Be Normal Then After Turn On System Restore.Steps to turn on System Restore

1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
