virus that causes spyware?

My website http://www.christinesmind.net.tc recently got deleted from a webring. the webmaster told me because it has a pop-up virus that creates spyware on peoples computers. I just checked my files on my website and all files are accounted for.
I use webng.com for my webhosting but I use smartdots.com for the address. can someone tell me what’s going on and how can I clear it?
I know there are two pop-up windows when you enter the site. One is from bravenet the other is from smartdots. i seriously doubt either one has spyware attached. I know for sure bravenet’s doesn’t.

I had a similar problem not too long ago. I downloaded XoftSpySE and between this and McAfee Virus scanner, it eventually caught the virus and deleted it but it took about a week and a half for it to be deleted. Hope this helps.
