My pc is infected with the Higlieder Trojan virus?

My pc is infected with the Higlieder Trojan virus. I have tried several things to remove it with no success. I am running XP and I have tried using CA Antivirus, AVG Antivirus and Avast Antivirus – none of these programs detected the virus. I have tried Spyware Doctor and SuperAntiSpyware and no success. My Yahoo Anti-Spyware and eTrustPestPatrol both detect it but neither will let me remove it. I am also unable to reboot in safe mode. SuperAntiSpyware has a safeboot option that I tried but this completely locked up my pc and would not let it restart at all. I was able to resolve that issue and get the pc rebooted but I am still battling with the removal of the virus. Any assistance you can offer would be so greatly appreciated
