How do I remove a TrojanDownloader:win32 virus?

The virus i have is called ‘trojandownloader:win32/zlob.gen!AC’. I have been on the microsoft website but it doesn’t recognise the ‘/zlob.gen!A’ type but not the ‘win32/zlob.gen!AC’ type. I have Norton 2007 protection installed and it says the virus is high risk and blocked. It also says the recomended action is: Resolved – No action.
Since I’ve had this virus (a couple of days) I have a new toolbar appear on my Windows IE. The toolbar is called ‘Security Toolbar 7.1′, it also has a security level bar at 4 / 10 and a ‘block adware / popups’ & ‘Remove spyware’ button in the new toolbar sending me to some security page called ‘O U Trusted Protection’.
How can I remove the Trojan and the dodgy looking ‘Security Toolbar 7.1′ or do I have to take it to the doctors!!?
It gives me the location of the file as ‘C:Program filesvideo add-onicun.exe’.

Download and install spybot..this has worked for several friends pc’s.
It’s free and works.
It will definitely remove all zlob trojans.

1st install spybot then go to system restore..and disable restore.
2nd restart your pc and keep pressing F8 to get to a select screen..then highlight enter safe mode with no networking.
when windows safe mode starts run spybot and when done click fix issues….it’s removed!
Restart pc and normal mode will start..
go to add/remove programs look to remove tool bar there..
else open the programme files folder and remove from there.

don’t forget to put system restore back on when you have finished.
