some virus disables anti-virus updates, blocks websites, redirects websites – help please?

I got something on my computer that none of the programs can detect. Updates on all anti virus/spyware programs I have (AVG, Spyware doctor, Ad-aware) say they fail to connect to the server. I used to have norton but removed it for being too slow. Spyware search and destroy website is inaccesible.

Now I tried to download trial version of Kaspersky but the server can not be reached to launch the download. These is certainly something that this virus does and I dont know what to do. Do you have any advice on how to get kaspersky and get around this tricky virus? I dont want to just lose this computer, I have a lot of stuff on it. Please help
yeah, it seems like it. ON the test page the icons were displayed but I have some other websites on which they were not.

Also you can try to get into safe mode with networking and go to download.com and get Malwarebytes, update it and run a full scan.
