How did UCmore get installed into my computer? I always try to remove it but is still in my toolbar.?

I never installed this “UCmore” search accelerator. I wonder why it’s always in my Program Files. If I go to their website to uninstall, it gets uninstalled but it comes back again. I couldn’t see my Yahoo Toolbar anymore, it’s the UCmore ugly thing that’s in there. I hate this UCmore. What’s this? A virus? A spyware? Thanks.
