can’t turn on my virus protection!?

I’ve been having problems with PC since the 26; right now, I have 12 popups lined up on the screen. I have all the virus possible. Some how the Windows security center firewall was turned off but I can’t turn it back on. I’ve repaired the program but still failed to get it to have the virus protection ON. I’ve ran hijackthis, stinger, aol spyware protection, symantec-wich is also off and can’t turn on its protection- and some others.

Also when you ran hijack this did you rename the program prior to running it, alot of spyware/viruses will “hide” from the program if it is not renamed
