What the Heck is Trymedia spyware?

when I scan with my yahoo spyware, a thing by the name of “trymedia” comes up. When I try to remove it, I get a box that says “Cannot quarantine. Administrative rights may be required to quarantine item.” So I cannot get this THING removed. Has anyone out there an answer?

That server then returns the popups that Trymedia displays. Adware Trymedia may download and execute new software from a remote server. This new software may or may not be malicious

Trymedia is known to come as the bundled Adware for several free, online games, including those published by MumboJumbo, Playfirst, and ValuSoft.
