I have a virus and I need help…lots of help!?
My 17 yo nephew was looking at things he shouldn’t have been looking at and now I have a virus that I can’t get off. The clock on my taskbar is in military time when it’s normally on 12-hour, and it says “virus alert” next to it. My programs, search, and control panel buttons in my start are gone, the background on my desktop is gone, when I try to right click on my desktop it says “my network administrator has disabled the display control panel, and the vista anti-virus 2008 pop up won’t go away. I have mcafee total protection and spyware doctor installed and they aren’t working. So before I freak out completely, can someone please help me??
Also, is there a way I can put some sort of security setting on so he can’t access those sites? Thanks in advance!!
