how do i COMPLETELY remove…?

a-squared free version scanned my files and found Crawler Toolbar crap on my computer. But for some reason it can’t delete it. is there some other anti-spyware tools that will help me to get rid of this? thanks!

It can’t be removed probably because it is running in the background on your computer. Try checking your application wizard and see if you can find the toolbar entry. Type “appwiz.cpl” in the run box under start.

You can also start your computer in safe mode if you have Windows. Do this by restarting your computer, when the “Number Lock” Light turns on press F8 (you may want to press it several times) and choose safe mode. When Windows is booted up run A-Squared again.
