error message re adware?
When I start my computer, I get a message from windows defender saying ‘Adware: Windowssystem32Virtumonde/gen’ I select the removal all option and than in the error reports it states the location “C:WINDOWSsystem32pmkhh.dll’.
even though i have selected the remove all option, the message still shows after i start up. Does anyone know how to fix this?
my computer has also been running really slow lately, could this be becuase of the adware?
go 2 run –> msconfig
click on the startup tab
and find a program with “command” Windowssystem32Virtumonde/ge…
or C:WINDOWSsystem32pmkhh.dll
and uncheck it!
it wouldnt ever open again
