Stupid Adware! Please help!?

Maybe someone can tell me what to do! I use Mozilla Browser, and it was my understanding that if I don’t open and use Internet Explorer, my computer wasn’t at a security risk.

This worked fine before, and I didn’t have any problems with any malware. Just recently, I’ve started getting pop-ups from IE while I’m browsing using Mozilla! And adware is completely slamming my computer! I’m using SuperAntiSpyware to get rid of it and everytime it’s something called a “Vundo Variant”. This adware makes my computer go psycho and the desktop and toolbar completely disappear. I can still run Windows through the task manager and then I delete all my infected files and when I restart the computer is back to normal.

Can someone please advise me on what to do???
