How can I track or report by a hacker?
Using WIN XP Pro, spend much time on MSN and Hotmail, NTL Broadband. With PC problems than under intermittent and slow performance. Twice I stopped BC and pop up message tells me that someone is always connected this computer. Antitrojen have run ZoneAlarm and other anti-spyware programs. But a certain person showed they know more about my personal life than anyone else, only information on that PC. I do not think he has the skills to crack computer Thi, but knows people who can. How do I go about reporting, detection, suppression or even legal action against these people? I really do not know where I begin!
Get a good firewall.
