Spyware Protect 2009 pop ups….?

I’m getting pop ups for Spyware Protect 2009 saying my computer has been attacked by a virus. Problem is I have ran both my Spybot S & D and my Symantec Antivirus programs and neither one are coming up with any viruses, malware, spyware, Adware etc. I don’t know what to do….my computer is running fine other than getting those pop us asking me to buy the “Spyware Protect 2009″ full verision or stay unprotected. Any suggestions?
