Can anyone help me with the removal of Trojan.vundo adware affecting my Office laptop (No admin rights)?

I have tried using the symantec removal tool, but was not successful in removing the affected file ‘Object name: CC:WINDOWSsystem32rqrss.dll’. I have updated and ran Adaware, Counterspy,..etc. They locate the virus, say it cleans it however the pop ups are still present.
