Computer help. I got a virus (tracking malware) from downloading things off rapidshare.?

In paticular it is the internet security 2010 virus that trys to get you to pay money for it’s services even though its a virus itself. I have norton a anti malware and then I got super anti spyware free addition. I have ran all of them multiple times and almost each time they found quite a few tracking devices. I have got rid of the internet security from popping up, but I still have websites coming up as being restricted due to the fact that there is still this malware on my computer. I am running out of options, I can keep running these program, but it’s not doing the trick. I obviously got something thats farely hardcore because its spread out in quite a few things. Am I at the point where I just have to take it in?
