Omg why am i still getting CiD pop ups?

Okay, well i’ve went into my add/remove programmes in control panel, and i cant find in any of the installations. i’ve run super anti-spyware and spybot in safe mode and normal mode (updated) and also, avast! (updated) about 3-4 come up and then it stops, but it still slows my computer down, please help me stop these! thanks
