whats the benefits of the paid for version of super anti-spyware over the free version, should I buy it?

I have the free version of Super Anti-spyware and I am quite happy with it, is the paid for version much better, I have heard that it has a guard running to stop tracking cookies and the like from getting on your computer in the first place, so is the paid for version any better than the free and how much does it cost for the registration/activation code ??
my friend gave me some activation codes that he got off a p2p site but they were all blacklisted by the time I got them

As usual the free version does not support real time scanning so that virus will get onto your pc and you won’t find them until you perform a manual scan.

That’s a bit to late then!

Also the free version does not automatically update the virus definitions but relies on you to do that manually.
