What are these?

I dowmloaded a spyware program and ran a scan. It found Adrevolver, Doubleclick, Mirar and Zedo. 8,2,2 and 3 entries respectively. And they appered in red so clicked on fix the problem. Now I downloaded the program (Spybot S&)in the sisters laptop and it found Zango.
What are they and should i fix the Zango as well?

Download SuerAntispyware the free edition or AVG anti spyware thas free. If you dont want to download any programmes try ewido online scanner its now owned by AVG its very slow to scan, it does let you delete any crap when the scan is finished.I hope you get rid Zango is horrible stuff. Also do a trendmicro online anti virus scan thats also very slow it also lets you delete any thing it finds.made a spelling mistake sorry its SuperAntispyware.Double click is only a tracking cookie, download ccleaner it will get rid of alot on your disk, its also free they got a very good online tech forum too .
