Win32.monster.fx plese how can i remove this?

how can i remove this from my lab top?the messages that prompts out, saying is (spyware.IE.Monster or Win32.Monster.fx Monster fx-wild-oxoooooooo. Can someone help me, i don’t know how to deal with viruses or how to clear them. My PC has Avast antivirus protection, but still the same.
I’m able to surf at internet but it keeps restarting every min.

as you can see, win32.monster.fx is only “detected” by rogue security programs. you need to remove the fake programs in order to deal with the pop-ups.
