“Pro Anti Spyware 2009″ Virus has locked down my computer. Help?

I just got infected by it last night, and it has been giving me hell. My computer has blue screened a couple times, and it wont let me run anything, not even firefox. I got malwarebytes and superantispyware and put them onto my computer, but it would not let me run them. When i double click it, a message pops up, i click run, and then it just quits. Are there any other ways to fix it?

Hopefully you already have antivirus and antispyware/malware software installed with recent definitions. If you do, reboot your computer in safe mode (press F8 at start up), turn off system restore (properties of My Computer), and run your antivirus software.

If for some reason you still can’t run anything, I would just reformat–hopefully you know how to do that.
