I found something plugged in my computer. small usb black box with C E and serial number what is it?

What is this device????? Is it a spyware device? wasn’t there before, I know my computer and its not part of it. not in the back with all my hook ups

There are alot of things it could be, like a USB Flash Drive used to store and transfer information.

If you could tell us what the serial number is, along with a better description, like size, shape etc… maybe we could have a better idea what it might be
