After doing a spyware test (Spybot) i resarted my computer and it wont load up. I cannot even start up in Safe

Safe Mode. My hard drive runs a little then stops..run a little more then nothing happens. I have alot of important documents on the Hard drive. Is it still possible to recover information from the hard drive if i take it to a Authorized computer shop?

yeah it is possible to recover your documents very easily.. even you can do it..

there are following ways :-

run your computer with UBUNTU live session.. And copy the important files into a pen drive

then you can take your hard drive off and connect it to some other pc then copy the data and reformat..

Other way can be, boot your Computer with a recovery CD like.. Winternals .. it just makes a WIndows like env for you..

but if you are not good at computers and are unaware of booting and everything then i would recommend you to please.. take ur pc to service center
