spyware terminator With Anit-Virus?

Ok, I need an Anti-Spyware and Anti-Virus Software thing and I actually asked a question about Ad-Aware and a dude reccomended this, So I looked it up and saw it. I started studing it and it bearly came out yesterday (Or today, Im clueless) and the reviews look fishy…So should I download this or not? Please I either need a proffesional or a good techie anwser so, please dont tell me to just not download it if its suspisious. The link is:

It is not allowed to have more than one ant virus program on your computer, but it is even recommended to have more than one anti spyware programs. Ad-aware is a very good program and you can therefore safely install it

I am, not recommending you any anti virus programs, because I use Trend Micro Internet Security 2008 Pro and therefore I have no experience with the latest free anti virus programs. like avg8, avast or antivir
