What is most likely to cause computer to be slow in bringing up programs? Antivirus and spyware programs run.?

Have run Mcaffee and Norton and find nothing. Have run Spysweeper, Spyware Striker, and Windows Live OneCare. Nothing found and no fixes for this problem. Two different computers have same problem.

Run AD Aware and SPybot. I bet you have some spyware. The programs that you have are crap
