VirusRemover2008, please help!?

k, so i know what this Anti virus remover 2008 do.. ive seen what it does to my sister’s laptop and she still cant get it out, i havnt install it on my comp but my computer keeps popping it out asking if i want to install the virus remover2008, i keep clicking no and trying to clean the comp with spyware docter, spybot, Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, but its not kicking it.. it still pops up and ask me if i want to install it, how do iget it to stop doing that?

Go into Safe Mode… tap F8 while booting.
Disable System Restore
Go into Task Manager…. con+alt+del
Select processes
Delete anything that says Antivirus 2008 or similar.
Exit Task Manager
That will keep it from popping up,while you run Gooood A/V and Spyware programs.
Remember to re-enable System Restore when all is well again.
