Everytime I go on line A screen pops up telling me that I virus has been detected .?

It says I must download Spyware Knight and Spy soldier. What can I do to save my computer. It won’t go away. I tried system restore/defrag/deleting files nothing works. Help!

stop going on line A and get a anti virus program run a scan and get it off but its probably not a virus but malware advertising those spyware programs try Avg anti virus free trial it gets most of those things off for me or get a norton antivirus or any other
