I keep getting a “Cannot Find Server” page when I try and use Firefox and IE, how can I get them to work?

I checked my connections through the network connections icon and they are all connected and firewalled. I also tried accessing other web sites but I still got the “cannot find server” page. I ran a virus check and initially found some spyware and an attempted computer hi-jack but I deleted them all. I ran another Virus check but nothing was detected. Does anyone have any idea on how to connect back to the internet.

I would start by disabling your firewall. what does ipconfig/all show when entered in the command window? Can you ping your gateway?
