How to delete worm.win32.netbooster?

I know this question has several times, I have a few problems getting the spyware off.
1. search, run, all programs, my computer, etc. are not appearing. So we can’t manually unistall the spyware.
2. All spyware removal tools need to be paid for. Are there any free anti-virus programs I can download that’s for free but virus-free? And I have Trend-Micro-Internet security, so several sites can’t be opened, is there anyway to disable trend-micro? (For a tempoary time though!!!).
