some how it was downloaded to my computer 2 days ago

everything and i mean everymethod i have tried so far has failed simply because system security blocks me from accessing or doing anything to get rid of it. im not sure if there are different versions of this f*****g fake spyware program but this one is a strong tricky and annoying one.

i can NOT enter or use task manager, add or remove programs, system restore, most parts of my control panel, and use, run or install any software that may help remove it.

im running windows xp professional if that matters.

please if anyone knows how to remove system security 2009 please let me know.
