Please help me! I am having a crisis! **10 points! Blue Screen of Death**?
My mother’s computer has encountered the Blue Screen of Death, and I am afraid it may be time for it’s funeral.
First, she encountered some spyware on her computer and did a system restore to an earlier date to remedy the problem. However, when she did this system restore the computer during it’s reboot encountered the blue screen of death. She shut down and restarted the computer to see that it refuses to boot up to windows at all, including safe mode.
She doesn’t have the Windows XP disc, her computer is a Dell Inspiron B120. She is going absolutely nuts! I have tried everything as well and I am at a lost on how to help her.
Anything we can do? ANY AND ALL HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!
