Rootkit Removal HELP!!!?

Im soo scared that ill have to restart my whole computer!
I have spyware doctor, Avast and UnHackMe all running and nothing works to get rid of it!! please help!!
I keep getting sites redirected and slow startup, also in processes I keep getting MSA.exe, B.exe and MSC.exe running!
When i try to run my computer in safe mode it comes up with all these file names then just restarts saying it had a problem and how would i like to run the system safe mode etc.
only normal operation works!
I have win Xp 32 bit professional and i really need some help!

If you are using MS Anti virus please uninstall it first. You can use youruninstaller2009 which will help you to uninstall and clean your registry with a single click.

And please never try to use any shareware or free anti virus programs which will always cause problems like these. if you wanna surf vaguely use any popup blocker.

If you wanna remove these problems you can use 30 days trial of kaspersky 2010 .

Use any registry cleaning or registry tuning programs like ACS or registry mechanic.
