does anybody know how to report a virus sent over the internet?

i recently got a virus from relevant knowledge and i want to report him but i don’t know who to call,i don’t know what the virus is, i think it might be spyware or a virus that makes your mouse lazy, anyway does anyone know how to report it?

You can report it to Anti-Virus company,but it won’t do you any good.
