mytermex have infected my Yahoo messenger, it sends messages to my contact list?

it keeps changing my status and also, i cannot change my homepage w/c is always set to nsl-school.org. I have performed spyware test in different ways such as doing it in safe mode, turning off system restore and it worked for a while but everytime i open my pc and run the test, it still detect the same spyware, and still my Yahoo messenger send spams on its own and my status keeps on changing.. I think the spyware penetrated my registry keys. How can I fix it?
