I deleted some spyware found on my computer but my internet still redirects me to other websites?

my internet redirects my to different sites and search engines,somebody told me that its spyware, so i ran a full scan and found 11 spyware cookies and removed them but my internet still redirects me,or am i doing something wrong.(i scanned with Norton Spyware Scan).
yeah i alread scanned it with three programs and only norton spyware scan says it found spyware and i clicked remove, but my internet still redirects me
yeah..yahoo answers suks as s none of these answers help at all

You have a browser hijacker – that’s spyware – and obviously Norton either can’t find it or can’t remove it. Since you think Answers sucks, why are you still here asking this question?
