What kinds of security countermeasures do you employ on your boxes?

Zone Alarm pro with the OS firewall is running on my machine, I have 2 separate running processes that monitor if an app tries to write to the registry for startup purposes. Also have anti-spyware apps that run once a week. No anti-virus apps simply because I think they are a huge waste of resources.
