Computer virus protection question?
I have a computer anti-virus system called Spyware Protect 2009 and have it fully updated but another virus protection system called Green AV from Windows keeps threatening me every time I log on saying I have bad computer viruses and viruses are tying to steal my passwords and break down my computer. Is there anything I can do so that the viruses will go away? I paid $50 for Spyware Protect 2009.
Spyware protect is an anti- Spyware program and not a anti- virus program.
The program you puchased protect you from outside sources from spying on your computer. It does not protect you from viruses and other infections such as malwares.
Green AV software is a bogus antivirus application and users who purchase or download this AV Green virus are at risk of exposing their credit card information to fraudsters.
One of the free tools that you can use as a green AV remover is Malwarebytes.
Download the free version of Malwarebytes.
