My computer has been attacked by Spyware Protection Plus AND Antivirus 2009! Help!?

Basically, my computer is totally screwed over. It’s been attacked by both of those notorious scams (not that I’ve downloaded anything) and I can’t seem to get rid of them. I’ve run a McAfee virus scan several times and nothing has happened. I’ve got Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, too, but it won’t run. There’s no way I’ll he able to download anything in the condition that it seems to be in (the only reason I can type this at all is thanks to my iPod Touch) and we’re not willing to pay foe anything again. Is it time to just get a new computer?

you say you hadn’t downloaded anything but if you see pop-ups asking you to purchase the programs or to use the programs to remove viruses, then your computer is already infected.
