I have a computer virus named spyware protect 2009, HELP?

scanning is beyond the point, kaspersky, malwarebytes, a-squared, nortan, ad-aware, avast, avg-free edition, have all failed at removing it, so please don’t reccomend that, I need some high tech. advice.
I mean that malwarebytes acted as if it removed it, but now the virus is back
