Why cant I clear pop ups!!!!!!!!?

running vista with firefox, using Avast anti virus, super anti spyware, ATF cleaner, spybot and CC cleaner……non of them stop my regular miscellaneous pop ups. Firefox and PC settings are correctly set to prevent this also. How do I clean my machine once and for all (without formatting)

Go to Tools and click add on.If you have old Firefox click the
get extensions.Download Adblock & Flash Block.Any adds or
pop ups.Simply right click on them and Adblock on the drop
down to remove.If you want new firefox.Go to File Hippo.
