no connection?

i installed a program earlier for messenger, it was pants, so i deleted it. now i get an error message saying ( NEWDOT~1.DLL MISSING) and i can’t connect to the internet. is saying on my network connection, limited or no connectivity. i have run anti-spyware programs etc and it still the same. i have also clean my registry. any ideas? i’m using my laptop on the same connection, so the problem is my pc.
i’ve reinstalled my ntwork drivers. messenger etc. i cant get connected to my router.

limited or no connectivity usually implies you have a connection, but with an error – usually an invalid IP (often show as auto private ip, 169.*.*.*).

If you are using a wireless connection it is usually an incorrect key being used…

otherwise, have you tried to repair the connection (can be done on wired and wireless connection)?

Try removing the connection (go to device manager and uninstall the relevant network adaptor) and reboot – see if the re-installation of the network adaptor solves it.
